While going through my old DA stuff i came across this i wrote 4 years ago. i like it


"As i sit here watching the seconds go by with the earth spinning round i think about how the world has become a place of hate, grey and greed.

When you were young you could go out into the street and play you could walk to the local shops without a problem and you could leave your garage door open all week without an object moving yet now you hardly see children in the streets playing for its too dangerous with cars shooting passed all the time, you cant walk down the shops without feeling intimadated and you certainly cant leave your garage door open.

You look out the window and all you see is grey, grey skys, grey buildings, the cities dark and cold from the tower blocks blocking the light, exhaust fumes being pumped into the air what has become of our once beautiful planet?

People used to be motivated by achievement, the feeling of success running through your blood, but now? but now its all about money people dont choose jobs because they want to do it they go purely on a job based on money. but then do you want to sit in an office all day in total boredom just for a bit more cash? i know what id chose."
